Deliveries:
We only offer local delivery on all our fresh flower bouquets and arrangements. We offer delivery in the postcodes: MK40, MK41, MK42, MK43, MK44, MK45 & SG18. Delivery charges apply.
During the coronavirus pandemic, all deliveries are contct free.
Returns
Fresh flowers:
Fresh flowers are guaranteed to last at least 5 days, if flower care instructions are followed. If you have an issue with your flowers, you must contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. If photos can't be provided no refunds or replacement can be issued.
If we deem the flowers were faulty we will offer a full or partial refund or a replacement. This will be decided case by case. Refunds and replacements can only be granted to the customer, not the recipient of the flowers.
Within our delivery instructions please let us know if there is a prefered time for delivery either am or pm. Let us know If you would like it delivered on another day not Valentines day and where to leave bouquet if recipient is not in.
